What If I go over my allocated time? 

The client must include set-up and take-down time within the hours booked or pay applicable over-time charges. The overtime fee starts 5 minutes after the client’s allotted time for their session is due to end. After which the overtime rate is 10 OMR per half hour

Can I come early to set up my equipment?

All setting up and taking down of equipment should fall within your booking slot, please remember to give yourself enough time to pack up as cleaning up needs to be done within allocated time

Can I cancel a booking?

A confirmed booking is not refundable and cannot be canceled. However, it can be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hour notice before the original booking date. Rescheduling must be within 45 calendar days

What is your minimum booking time?

Our minimum booking time is 1 hour

Does the rental price include all the equipment I need to shoot?

A wide variety of equipment is included with the rental price and we also have some equipment for rent separately. Please check our Equipment page for more info

What if something is damaged when we arrive?

Please get in contact with the team straight away. This way you will not be charged for the damages

What if I need more time?

Overtime is possible if the studio schedule can allow it. We will only accept studio hire overtime if there is time between your booking and the next. Extra time needs to be paid at the time of requirement, this can either be via cash payment, bank transfer or a booking via our website

Can I come see the space beforehand?

You are welcome to do a site visit any day of the week from 10am – 8pm  by appointment only

Can the furniture be moved?

Yes, the furniture can be moved. Please make sure to replace it where you found it at the end of your rental

What if we require the studio before 10AM or after 8PM?

How many people can be in the studio at one time?

The capacity of the studio is 6 people. If you require more than 6 people to be present in the studio at the same time, please contact us prior

Do you provide a photographer? 

We only provide the studio space and equipment.

Does my rental include seamless paper backdrops?

As our studio includes a cyclorama, all our seamless paper backdrops come at a price of 5 OMR per 4 meters

Can I come early to set up my equipment?

Where can I park?

There is free parking directly out the front of the studio and on the side buildings. We only provide 1 parking lot space for offloading equipment upon request

Will someone be there to open up for me?

Yes, a member of our staff will open up for your rental. We do not give out door codes unless it’s an emergency or unique situation

Can I request a specific colour backdrop paper?

If you’re looking for a colour we don’t have, we can source the colour and have it ready for your rental. Please refer to Savage’s Catalog for colors available and please allow 48 hours for this request to be fulfilled. If we do not have it in stock, the fee is 32 OMR and you will be the first one to use it

What if I want the Cyclorama fresh / free of scuffs?

The cyclorama is examined regularly and if/when required, it is painted every Tuesday. If you’d like the cyclorama painted specifically for your booking, an additional fee will apply

Is there WIFI?

Of course, we offer free wifi for the duration of your booking

Can I bring my own food/drinks to the studio?

Absolutely! We have a fridge for guests to use if you need to keep anything cold. Please note that all food consumption should be within the designated area. If any damage occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged as per our Terms & Conditions. We also have coffee, water and drinks for purchase.

Does the space have a changing room?

Yes, we do

Are there toilets? 

Yes, we have toilets

Is there a makeup area?

Yes, we provide a movable area specifically for makeup which is lit and has a desk and makeup chair

Do you supply a steamer?

Yes, we have a standard steamer in house, available to use with any booking

Is there a rail and hangers?

Yes, we have a load of hangers and two rails available for use


Can I use the balcony area?

Yes you can! Please note the balcony doors stays locked. If you require to use it, please let our team know to open the doors for you

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in the studio
