Situated in our penthouse, Studio B features an open balcony and 4 windows inviting ample natural light to infuse your work with warmth and vitality. With lift access, a generous ceiling height of 3.5 meters, and an efficient air conditioning system, your comfort is assured as you unleash your creativity.

The studio is located on the Penthouse in a commercial building on the main road of AlKhuwair Highway. The air through the balcony doors seep in and create white noise in the background

Studio Policy

All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.

To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit by cancelling earlier than 24hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.

The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time.
